Mission #to promote

The company PRINOTH FRANCE, based in Montmélian, on Alpespace, sells and maintains snow grooming machines. Prinoth France has been a member of the Cluster Montagne for several years. As the Human Resources Manager, membership in this network allows me to promote my company through its activities and various professions.
I particularly use the job platform, which lists all our job offers, allows me to understand the needs of companies in the same industry, and enables me to directly reach individuals looking for jobs in the mountain environment.
The cluster also allows its members, through events such as the Grenoble Job Forum, to meet and enhance the attractiveness of the sector to young people.
 

I am very happy to have participated in these 3 days of visits and exchanges on the ground with the stakeholders from Saint-Lary, Peyragudes, and Baqueira (Spain).
High-quality B2B meetings with these regions, as well as with the other companies participating in the mission.
An undeniable saving of time in a friendly atmosphere… that’s a good summary of the Cluster Montagne!

The hosting of international delegations during the Mountain Planet fair gives us the opportunity to reconnect with all our international partners in Grenoble and experience strong moments that foster connections and camaraderie with the delegations, prior to the fair, in several ski resorts.
It is truly beneficial to meet a large number of stakeholders in one place; as well as to visit the resorts with these delegations because our ski resorts are our best business cards.
The quality of the reception, organization, and responsiveness of the Cluster Montagne were spot on.

En tant que co-responsable pédagogique du Master Métiers et Droit du développement durable de la montagne,il me semblait indispensable d’intensifier les collaborations
avec le Cluster Montagne. Les étudiants que nous formons sont les futurs responsables techniques/juridiques des collectivités territoriales – en particulier celles de montagne.
Il est important qu’ils aient une compréhension globale des enjeux – aménagement, environnement, tourisme etc. – ainsi qu’une connaissance fine des acteurs de la montagne. D’ailleurs, nos étudiants ont été les premiers à suivre cette année le module digital développé par le cluster « Mieux connaître la filière de l’aménagement de la montagne pour y réussir ».
Par ailleurs, la labellisation par le Cluster Montagne de ce master, qui a la particularité d’être proposé en alternance, s’inscrit dans une volonté de rapprocher le monde académique et le monde de l’entreprise.

The Field Days organized by the Cluster Montagne allowed me to meet new regions and have constructive exchanges with the various stakeholders of the resorts (elected officials, operators, marketing and sales managers, tourist offices, etc.). Through these ‘interactive’ days, the resorts presented their operations, particularities, challenges, and their vision for the future.
These presentations are followed by a friendly exchange over lunch. And the cherry on top, the afternoon is dedicated to a private visit of the resort.
Generally, we plan to meet again with the decision-makers of the resorts to consider future projects together. Thank you to the cluster for the connections and the excellent organization!
